Our inaugural House Blend, Case Study No.1 is an expertly crafted melange of three beans, each representing our favorite characteristics of terroir of each primary coffee growing region, and blended to perfection. The result is a crowd-pleaser: a medium roast yields a cup with a mellow acidity, a medium body and pleasing notes of honey, spiced vanilla and truffle.
